Why should I eat?

If you haven’t tried meal planning yet, this is your sign. Trust me, it’s about to change your life. Here’s why I swear by it:

  • Saving time: No more 4 PM “What’s for dinner?” fear. You already know the plan, the stores are waiting, and dinner is on the table.
  • Cashier: Planning keeps your cart (and budget) under control. You can shop smart, buy in bulk when it makes sense, and stretch what’s left over to something new.
  • Bye-Bye Takeover: When you have your meal ready to go, you’re a little tempted to hit the drive-thru. More preservation, homemade food, and it sounds good.
