My family literally said “Please add this in rotation”

These sweet potato fries, as I call them, got an instant stamp of approval from my entire family the first time I made them.

  • Boiled, crispy, open potatoes
  • Creamy Chicotle Sauce
  • Grilled chicken (can also make turkey, beef, or sofritas tofu)
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro, maybe red onion
  • Crushed pistachios or something seeded and crunchy

Everyone gets to be built for their right at the table, which is the way + when you serve people with all different ideas of what tastes good.

I love the crispy edges on these sweet potatoes. It makes them look so beautiful. It took me a while to find the recipe posted because I wanted to be sure that I could give you the One-Pan, the easiest way for that (it should get caramelization directly on your sheet pan - no need for any extra steps)!

My family approves of these. We've done it for 3 weeks straight now and my husband says he's a "10/10 on this diet." I hope you like them, too!
