I am a girl at heart. I love leftovers because I use them up, it saves me money at the grocery store, it saves me cooking too, and it keeps the holiday flavors going without extra work.

I’ve made a bunch of recipes that use up all the leftovers and they’re fun and delicious twists on the classics. I have sliders, casseroles, soups and more coming later this season! It makes the rest of the week feel easier and gives your budget a little break after the holidays.

How to make leftovers fresh again

  • Preze extra meat: Freeze Extra turkey now for a December snack
  • Add a splash of gravy to the turkey: It is sweet and tender when cooked.
  • To reheat the stuffing in the oven or air fryer: brings back that delicious sweet texture.
  • Stir in milk or sour cream so that the potatoes are mashed: Make it kendery again.
  • New is best: Add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon to brighten things up
