These Apple Cinnamon Scones are the Ultimate Fall Bake! Flaky, buttery, and full of chopped apples and cinnamon spice. Spread with cream and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar before baking, they get a golden crust and optional vanilla for a dreamy finish. Serve them warm with coffee or tea for a fun breakfast, brunch buffet, or treat for any occasion!

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ⅓ a cup light brown sugar -allocated
- 1 the head baking powder
- 1 the head ground cinnamon
- ¼ soup less nutmeg
- ¼ soup salt
- ½ a cup cold unsalted butter type of car
- 1 a cup peeled and cored apple HoneyCrisp or Goranny Smith
- ½ a cup heavy cream and other brushing
- 1 a large egg
- 1 soup extract the vanilla
