This teriyaki tofu is the event of the week in my life

Remember the tofu from ramen bowls? I can’t stop doing it. I shared this combo in a bowl on Instagram the other day and received many requests to write the recipe, which brings us to this moment!

Recently what I’ve been doing is:

  • Platheting up another stolen jasmine
  • Putting a scoop of that saucy, chemy tofu on it
  • Add some steamed broccoli (or air fryer broccoli!)
  • Topping it all off with Tangy, Spicely Kimchi Mayo
  • To finish it off with green onions and/or Togarashi or some kind of sprinkle with saffron

If you don’t do anything else with this, just make teriyaki tofu. That Shreddy TOFU is very good. It’s found and covered in teriyaki sauce (store bought, no prob) and topped with enough fresh garlic to make your house smell like a restaurant, so, yeah, I’m good at it.

High taste, quick and easy recipe for dinner, served with ice cream-mouth sauce, that is also full of fiber and protein. I’m sounding like a salesman right now and if that’s my legacy in these teriyaki tofu dishes, then so be it!

I hope you like this combo!
