The beaten potato salad was my favorite lunch this month.
As a basic girl born and raised in Midwest, these are three high restaurants:
- Shreddy, choppy salad
- Crisy Golden French Fries
- Runny, Drippy, the dress of the house on the farm.
This salad is for anyone who likes that compression. It is a floating on viral potatoes salad – but Lettuce-forward over being a Pikinic potato salad. Making this way is preserved by the nature of potatoes, but it is just a pleasure to be consumed with all the tender bites.
Once I ate this day several times this month, and everything was quite happy. I want this to you.
It is a tangy, bold, large but also simple and shreddy at the same time. We have added tuna on the night on the evening of dinner (added proteins, a LED led action) and worked well. Delicious. But I’m emotionally attached to it as – is – salad only, potatoes, and creamry ranch such as trio. My besties.
