Trust me, if this option for Ots at night can conquer my water that is water, can win anyone! It’s our morning breakfast breakfast!
My family and I’m the biggest Oatmeal fans with a breakomeal for breakfast, but our daily recipe takes 10 minutes, so much morning, I am thankful to have my fridge. Dialing on our family page took me a while, but finally we’re here!
My Go-to Ratio of OTs Every night is 1: 1 wrapped in Oats in the liquid, as well as the seed of the chia. One serving includes 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 a cup of fluid, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. I always add some extra to make sure they are wonderful, but it is my basic rate! I have installed the add-ins i love below.
Important ingredients
- Oats: I prefer the folded oats that are old since giving you the best texture. The quick oats becomes mushy. You can use cut-cut-cut-cut-cut-cut time for a quick time and have a lot of hotness
- Fluid: Water, milk, or milk-based milk (I like the unstoppable almond milk or OT oat milk at home). You can even use some yogurt, which makes more creamy oats and explodes proteins.
- Chia seeds: This is optional, but honestly, I love them in the recipe. They help tight oats and add some fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.
- NUT butter, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla: OTs are obvious nightmare, but I go around that with my favorite MIX-Ins. I love NATI butter (especially peanut butter), and I always put a small sweetener sweetener (like coconut sugar or mauslin, and vanilla. These are the ingredients that make our family recipe indeed all enjoyed and happy to eat.
