My family loves this Mexican rice cooking method! Sometimes the Spanish rice is called true recipes, fun and tasty, such as rice in your favorite Mexican restaurants and Tex-Menu.
I can’t stop doing this Mexican hometown rice (Spanish rice). We use the perfect combination of spices, new Anaheim peppers, and new tames instead of canned make it more fun.
This stysican-style rice recipe only dies requires 15 crafts-up-to-date. Then, everything ends while the rice cooks and receives all the sweet taste.
Important ingredients
- White rice for grain The best rice of Mexico, use a white rice for cereal because it cooks until it bright and drink. I enjoy aromatic basmati rice in the recipe, but white grain rice goes well. Before cooking rice, rinse and remove them a few times to remove starch around the grain. Rining rice guarantees you will shine and good.
- Newions, Anaheim peppers, garlic, and tomato: I love new ingredients in this rice recipe since they keep the taste new and light. We do not use organized tomatoes or paste the tomatoes of this rice.
- Mexican rice acquisition: As our favorite Mexican recipes, we use dry, smoking orcho, chili powder, cumin and salt. If you have, we also install the powder tomato in the recipe (optional, but delicious). Our Mexican Rice may be a little less than what is used to do, but it is so fun in this way.
- Poultry stock: Stock purchased at a store or at home we will do here. You can even change the veggie broth to make this vegetable / various recipe.
How to do Mexico rice (Spanish rice)
I am using my skin with heavy skin (see the video), the Dutch oven, or cast iron pan with cover when making the Spanish rice. We will cook a recorded onion, Anaheim peppers, garlic until soft, taking 5 minutes.
Then, with good taste and sewns, throw your rice into a pot and complete 5 minutes. We want us to start changing bright brown in places. We do the same when we make Cilantro Lime Rice.

Now, resize in all spices and let them get a minute to remove all their taste. Finally, get on recorded and stock tasks. Cover the jar at the cover where the liquid arrives with boils, and then turn the heat down. Cook 14 minutes, and set the POT side by side, covered, 10 minutes.


Before serving, Fluff rice with ak and top with a new cilantro and skin onions. I love and work with a few lime wedge. All options, but it affects good.


What should you work for Mexican rice
Serve Mexico rice with beans, as this household is avoiding beans or cream cooked with black beans. This rice meal is fine for anything except for the Mexican dishes and the Tex-Mex such as Fajitas, Chicken Echliladas, Shrimp Tacos, and carnitas. Good also by wrapping burritos.

Learn how to do Mexico rice (sometimes called Spain rice) as your favorite Mexican and Tex-Menu. The very soft rice, use white rice cereals like basmati and clean it to remove starch before cooking.

You will need
2 cups (380G) a long rice of grain, as a basmati, dropped and released several times
2 ½ for avocado oil
1 the main onion, chopped, 1 ½ Cups
2 Anaheim Pepper, Seeds and title removed and properly recorded, 2/3 cup
6 Clove Garlic, Garred
2 cups (415g) chopped tomatoes, 3 to 4 Medium
1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 Teaspoon smoked Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Pele
1/4 Teaspoon Cuminin
3 teaspo teaspoon powder, voluntary
1 ½ teaspoons pick up the sea salt

1Heat the oil in the Dutch oven or in a centery pan above the medium temperature.

- Tofati Powke: Enter 1 tamato powder tablespoon in a pot when adding some spices. The Utamatisi powder adds the taste of the cataries and color. Find online or Mexican supermarkets.
- Vegetables / Vegan: Replace the chicken’s stock of vegetables.
- To save: Keep rice in the airline in the fridge for three to four days. Or snow up until 3 months.
