I like these simple potatoes of sweet potatoes with black beans and 3 copitle capipotle. These tacos are vegetables and can be easily modified to become vegan! Very sweet!

Whenever I see delicious potatoes sitting in my counter, I go straight to the simple taco recipe. Sweet sweet potatoes and black beans meet to make a delicious meal and filling. I love to add my Chipotle Slaw Chipotle, which has a small amount of cream with Tangy and with spices (or more if you want!).

I say this below, but I’ll do it immediately here. You can take this recipe, add sweet potatoes of the winter squash, and change the black beans in any grouped beans you have on your pantry.
