I love avocado and I am known to eat it with a spoon. Below, you will find my best tips for choosing the perfect, preparing for and cuts, and keep them later.
Then, you will be ready to do all my favorite avocado ways! Some of my favorite Avoxado salad, home guacomole, avocado salad, and the avocado pasta (YEP, uses avocado to sauce!).
How to Choose avocado
Tired to cut down lower avocadoons? I have been there with me. That is why I did my work to determine the best ways of choosing. Unless you are lucky, the Avocados you received in the store will probably need a few days to ripen. Therefore, when buying Avocados, planning ahead is a good idea. It was a simple guide to determine whether the Avocados are ready for food:
- Press avocado with the palm of your hand, to avoid using fingers as it can hurt you. If it pours little when pressured, it’s ready to eat. Requires a day or two to be mature when they feel strong and do not give. If he gives more easily, it may be an extripe and may have brown spots within.
- Look under the title. Use your fingers to drop the stem at the top of avocado. When it appears easily, and the bottom area is green, get avocado to be ready for food. If the title is difficult to remove it, we need a few days to get fully mature. Avocado is likely to be strong when a place under a brown stem.
How to cut avocado
If you think that your avocado is ready, cutting a half avocado length around the seeds. Make sure you have the power to control the avocado and know where that fingerprints are!

If you cut, twisted and distinguish two halves.
I have two ways to remove the seed. One option uses a knife. Wrap the kitchen towel, set out your hand, and hold the avocado half and the seed strongly. Then, touch the pebble knife in the seed. You will need some strength here, but don’t burn. Better slowly and remove the seed. Go a broadband part of the knife (not using tip).

If you feel nervous by using a knife to remove seeds, try using a spoon instead. It works well. You may lose a small avocado as you remove it, but not too sharp materials involved.

During this time, you can use a spoon to remove all flesh, or if you want pieces, use a knife to cross the flesh of avocado without cutting off from outer skin. We use the chances of avocado tacos, such as the cow tacos enclosed.

Or, make cubes with light on the other side (by crossing). Then, use a spoon to get rid of sliced pieces. I do this when we make our Avocado salad.

How to keep avocado
Keep the perfect Avocados at room temperature if not mature. Keep mature avocados in the fridge.
When it comes to keeping the avocado to cut, there are a few additional steps to mind. The main goal is to reduce avocado exposure to oxygen, causing avocado to brown.
My first tip is to use a small acid (such as a lime spritz or lemon juice). Then, tightly fasten with plastic wreck and keep it in the fridge. Avocado should always be green in the day or two.

Another option to leave seeds in. We do not know all the details, but we tried, and we worked! Therefore, leave the seeds and threaten it with a plastic threat. Also, avocado should always be green in the day or two.

That’s all. Do you have tactics to cut or keep the avocados?
