How much does it eat?

This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to get your week started. It provides five meals that will feed 4-6 (depending on whether you are feeding adults or children), AND includes a shopping list! With fresh new ideas and easy-to-make recipes, having a weekly menu plan will be a lifesaver.

Why Should I Meal Plan?

If you haven’t tried planning your meals ahead of time, this will be a game changer for you! This is why I swear by meal planning:

  • Time Saver: No more 4:00 PM panicking about dinner. With a menu plan, you know exactly what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it takes to cook.
  • Money Saver: Meal planning works wonders for your wallet. When you plan your shopping list for the week, then you will easily see opportunities to buy in bulk and creatively put the leftovers back for future meals. A smart way that keeps more money in your pocket.
  • Bye-Bye Takeout: If your dinner is planned ahead of time and the groceries are stocked, you’re less likely to hit the drive-thru. Because you cook at home, that means more savings and healthier food. Win-win!

Side Dishes for Dinner

My weekly meal plans always include a printable shopping list that is measurable and ready to go. It makes things so much easier!

Saving Food Planning Leftovers

I only use the meal plan Monday-Friday because sometimes we have plans over the weekend or I have leftovers to finish the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
