What is a Dutch Baby?
Dutch babies, also known as German pancakes or Dutch puffs, are a delicious breakfast or brunch dish. These puffy, golden dishes are made from a light dough and baked in a hot oven until they rise wonderfully at the edges. This creates a shiny exterior and a tender, tender center. They are usually cooked in a metal pan and served directly in the oven, this version uses a mini muffin pan. Top it off with your choice of sweet or savory ingredients!
