These Sweet Morning Sliders are super easy to whip up on slow mornings or weekends. I put them together quickly and once they are baked my boys can feed themselves while I drink lots of coffee and start the day with ease!

How to make this Breakfast Slides Recipe
- Step 1: Place the slider rolls cut-side up in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Step 2: Cook the Scrambled Eggs in a large pan over low heat and spread them over the slider buns.
- Step 3: Put the eggs with the bacon.
- Step 4: Add the grated cheese.
- Step 5: Place the tops of the slider buns on top of the cheese mixture.
- Step 6: Coat the buns with a better melt. Bake and serve warm garnished with fresh parsley or chives.

Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls we used sweet butter but you can also use candies.
- 8 large eggs
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese with eggs
- 12 pieces Bacon cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for the slides
- 1 cup chopped mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter it’s melted
- Optional: Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until creamy, adding the cheddar cheese just before it’s fully cooked.
Place the beaten eggs evenly over the edges of the slider roll.
Add the bacon slices, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella as a final layer, then cover with the slider roll tops.
Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and serve warm.
