If you don’t have sun-dried tomatoes, I actually like to use delallo tomato Bruschetta which is sweeter and less. Love the taste of it. But sun-dried tomatoes are easy to find and even those work well!
For broth, I use better than Bouillon Chicken Base mixed with water whenever possible. It just has a great strong taste. This time I used 1 heaping tablespoon mixed with my 2-ish cups of water.
