- Time to Save: It says well to 4:00 pm to panic for dinner. With the food program, you know exactly what is in the menu and what you need.
- Money Saving: Planning Food works with the wonders of your bag. When planning your Shopping List of Sunday, you will easily see the chaotic purchases and reserves left resting for future food. It is a wise way that keeps a lot of money in your pocket.

Each weekend every week has easy food lists to print and are eligible to take with you while shopping for stores. Simply cross or check the tag per item of food as you go!
