I tried this with chocolate protein powder, but I found that I would prefer taste with less Collagen and cocoa powder instead (recording). Chocolate Protein Powder usually have sweeteners in it, such as stevia, which makes them taste protein-powdery and tasting. For me, it has worked better to add a cacao powder separately.
For complete proteins and all amino acids, you can use the Whew Protein Powder. Also, your preferences, I love the best and add a Cacao Powder. Pea protein can be a good option of vegan.
Normal soy milk or any other type of milk or non-fearing milk will work here! I really enjoy taste with that Silk vanilla soy milk. (True, I drink incline sometimes – I really love it.)
