I love to make this grinder pasta because the whole family loves it. Sometimes I’m preparing for all the ingredients with separation in the fridge so my boys do their salad! The recipe was inspired by the grinder sandwich, but I love that this salad is not to feed the crowd with the same taste! It is a full salad that happened to work in parties because it gets better after the cold!
