Important ingredients
- Cocoa powder: I recommend using the Cocoa natural Cocoa for the recipe. Dutch-Proceped Cocoa Powder will respond to baking soda, which is important to help cookies rise and improve cleanness. My favorite products include Ghiramelli, Hershey’s, or guittard if you feel you want!
- Chocolate Chips: These are double chocolate cookies, after all. I’m putting 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or chocolate chocolate in batter before baking cookies.
- Walnuts: Starring of the cookies! I use multiple walnuts recorded in the cookie dough. Feel free to try some nuts. Hazelnuts, almonds, or amazing pistachios.
- Flour: I use flour for all goals for these cookies. It helps to achieve that perfect cleaning.
- Baking soda: This is our secret weapon to achieve soft cookies, chewy. It helps the cookie dough rises and forms complete fill.
- Butter: I use the salty butter of this, but if you have an unpleasant butter in the kitchen, use it! You will only need to add a certain salt to compensating salt to salty butter. Give me advice below the recipe. Make sure your butter is at room temperatures and so cream easily with sugar.

These Walnut Cookies Light Walnut! We love them with walnuts, but the hazelnuts or almonds will also be delicious. We use a portable mix, but Stime Mixer works, too. I use a salty butter in recipe, but you can use uninstall butter (add 1/4 tablespoon in the batter to occupy).
Make 20 cookies
You will need
1 cup (130G) with a full-purpose flour, spoonwed and arranged

1/2 teaspoon of baking
8 tablespoons (113g) salty butter, in room temperature

1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg, at room temperature
3/4 cup (85G) recorded walnuts
1/2 cup (85g) chocolate chips
Direction
1Preheat in oven to 350 ° F (177 ° C). Line two sheets of leather paper or use Silicon Baking Mat.
