Raw Zucchini makes amazing salads, and we like this new Zucchini salad By means of the inspired Geliterranean geline dress, FETA cheese, tomatoes, and olives!
Zucchini doesn’t get enough credit for salads! I love the green audio salads, so I’m busy with that Zucchini Noodle salad with spice Greek Yogurk, Feta, and tomato. Since the zucchchini moves green, it is better than a cooked zucchini noodle, enjoying better. When dressed, the salad is ready for a few days.
If you do not make zucchini noodles before, I found it covered with a quick tutorial below (with and without swimzer). This sweet salad is served by itself, or you can add proteins with fertilized shrimp, a boiled lemon dill in salmon, or a chicken breasts.
Important ingredients
- Zucchini: You can use the stores purchased in stores or make (Noodles made of zuschchini). Use a new ZUCchchini, strong with the best results. I have participated in how to make Noodles of Zucchini below.
- Cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and olives: Additional veggies added to the zucchini salad of the ancient Greek salad salad. With the olives, I use Lamata, but castelvertrano castelvertrano are truly sweet.
- Feta cheese: As the ancient Greek salad, add a lot of FETA. You can break in the salad or do what I have done in our photos and add big cubes.
- Greek Yogurt dress: My dress begins with a Greek yogurt, and I mix in the garlic clove, a disabled FETON, Lemon Zest and juice, the honey, and add a little spicy, other sriracha.
How to make Zucchiner’s Sucleter’s salad
I strongly recommend using Swish to make Nucchini noodle this way of cooking. If you do not have one, I enter tips below to make zoodles out (Mandoline or Peeler working with a pin).
Spirazer creates long noodles, straight zucchini in minutes. My model is from Pederno (it was $ 30). To make zoodles:
- Protect spirazer in your countertop (mine has sneakers). Determine zucchini conclusions and press tight on the Swish.
- Turn the handle until all zucchini turns noodles. As your noodles will be long, use a scarf to cut no noodles 12 inches.
- Use the zoodles immediately to salad, or keep them in the fridge or fridge. I add tips to tips below the recipe. I also like to make a double batch and save them in my Purmesan Zucchini Noodles.
If you have your noodle ready, you can throw them in dress (as simple as it raises everything together) and extra veggies, and higher the feta cheese. It’s easy, new, and very nice!

Mediterate Zucchini Noodles Salad

Zucchini salad
2 Zucchini of Medium, nearly 2 pounds

2 ½ ounces feta cheese, cubed, about 1/2 cup
15 Lamata Olives, managed and prescribed
Yogurt’s clothing
1/4 Greek Greek Cup
1 Medium Medium Clove, Pork
1 Teaspoon is stolen from feta cheese
1 teaspoon of zest zest
1 spoon of lemon
1 spoon oil oil
1/2 Teaspoon of hot sriracha, or more to taste
1/2 tablespoon honey

1Prepare Zucchini: Trim and make ZUCCHCHINI (see the notes below by doing this without a Swish). Then, cut the selected zucchini into tall nooodes to have a spaghetti length.
2Make dressing: Stir Yogurt, garlic, feta cheese, ZEST KEST, lemon juice, olive oil, Siracha, and honey together. Taste it and repair salt, peppers, and / or Siracha as needed.
+Make Salad: Add zucchini noodles, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, the Fubed Feta cheeses, olive olives, drop in two-thirds of yogurt dress. Add more dress if needed.
4Enjoy a fast salad, or keep frozen until one day. The noodles will slightly soften the course of time but we will still have a crunch. If you make ahead over the day, with a tactful salad, keep the salad and dress separated and thread the date of.
Adam and Joanne’s advice
- To make zucchini noodles without a swish: Spirazer is not the only way to make noodles. You can use Julienne’s Julienne’s Julienne or Mandoline. You can also use Pealer of a standardized vegetable to make the noodles in the broader or ribbons.
- Keeping green zoodles: Keep your noodles in Zucchini in a piece of paper towels (paper towels helping absorb more moisture). Refrigerator and apply within three days.
