Note: If your Mozzarella seems to be wet or in the water, it has spent paper papers before eating Gluten-free: this meal is only free-free if you do not wear garlic bread.
- The gluc olive oil glug
- 1 middle onion, little chopped
- 3 Cloves in Galilean, reduced
- Sweet ounces or the Italian sausage, have been removed
- Kosher salt and fresh black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or less tasting
- 1 28-Oce can blast tomatoes
- 2 15-Oce Ciles Chickpeas, released and screwed
- 1 6-8-ounces of kale, or 4 to 5 leaves Kalale, take small ribs
- 3/4 Pound Mozzareella, Cortagely (See Note)
- 2/3 Cup of Pocorino cheese is cheese well
- Garlic bread, working, if you wish
Choew the chicks in the face of 10 minutes, or if you have more time, show them 20 to 25 minutes to intensify. If the mixture looks a number of, adding a 1/26 cup, 1/4 cup at a time, until you get great but saucy consisting. Invest and let it cook until the liquid, 2 to three minutes. If you prepare a meal over time, or skip more cheese, this is a good place to stop a little time. You can lay the point.
To complete: Heat your broiler in the oven. If your pan is not an ovenproof, blow the chickpea mixture into a baking dish. Divide the top with cheese and broil until the cheese melt and browned in the spaces. Eat right away.
