I love the chickpea salad. Good to sandwiches and wrapping, and I love it more than salads. Like tuna or egg salad, it is fast, easy to do, and it is perfect for lunch.
I love that this chickpea salad easily slaughtered. It’s in my daylight during the week. The salad is quick and uses a few inexpensive new ingredients. It is a living life in the middle of the week when I need something sweet, filling, and healthy.
For those of you who had followed, you know that we love chickpeas and we have a lot of chickpea cooking in the inspired. This is a straight winner. Think about it as vegetables that take a tuna salad or egg salad, but it is made with a beaten chickpeas. For some preferences, see our Cuppea Salad dishes.
Important ingredients
- Chickpeas: You can use chickpeas out of the curtains or at home cooked chicks on the salad. The cooked chickpeas is usually thin. To see how we cook the chickpeas find ways like this, look at our guide on how to cook dried chicks. You can also hold any other white beans (such as cannennnni or Great Northern).
- Mayonnaise or Vegan Mayo: I like this salad hit on the creamy side, so I put a few tablespoons of Mayannaise. Vegan Chickpea salad, use Vegan Mayo. In some of the twisted, try to avocado with a breed (such as an avocado egg vocado) or bright yogurt. Remember that avocado will make the salad less than tangy, while yogurt adds a different tang.
- Dijon is a wet and Lemon: This includes bright taste. The only chickpeas is clear, so you need extra extra oMOMPH to make this salad really nice. If you do not have lemons, try White Wine Vivini or lemon.
- Capers: I love to add something to little salt. In my tuna hand, I use cucumbers, but for this salad, I like capers shipped.
- Celery, a green onion, and Dill: These add a crunch, new taste, color. Dill is selected and can be left out or excreted by herb like parsley or cilantro.

We love the chickpea’s curved salad, which spread sandwiches and threatening, and we love to work for a spoon over salads. If you do not have chickpeas in the hands, some beans are like beans, big north, and FAVA beans are great!
4 Functions
You will need
2 (15oz) cans of chickpeas or 3 cups (500g) cooked chicks
2 to 3 mingonnaise spoons or vegan mayonnan
1 teaspoon dijon is a mustard
1 spoon capers, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 a new teaspoon, voluntarily
1 lemon, or more to taste
Salt and new pepper

1If you use the chickuppeas, open the can and releases, and clean the chicks under the cold water. Home-cooked beans, use a teaspoon to remove them from cooking liquid.
2Add Chickpeas to the middle bowl and hit them with a fork or potatoes. They do not need to be completely smooth. Leave some of the large pieces of sewing.
+Enter the Mayonnaise, a mustard, capers, celery foods, green onions, dill, and juice from the Wemon Wedge. Enter a small amount of salt and pepper, and mix well.
4Taste, and agree with a lot of salt, peppers, or lemon juice.

- To save: Keep salad in the airline until 4 days. We don’t even recommend this salad.
