How much does it eat?

This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to get your week started. It provides five meals that will feed 4-6 (depending on whether you are feeding adults or children), AND includes a shopping list! With fresh new ideas and easy-to-make recipes, having a weekly menu plan will be a lifesaver.

Why Should I Meal Plan?

Meal planning isn’t just about what to eat at night—it’s about making life easier and more enjoyable. Here’s why it works for me:

  • Less Stress: Knowing what’s on the menu takes the guesswork out of mealtime, so you can relax and focus on what’s important.
  • Many variations: Planning ahead allows you to mix things up and try new recipes without falling into the same dinner rut.
  • Family Time: When dinner is planned, there is more time to sit down together and enjoy it.

Give it a try—it just might be your new favorite habit!

Side Dishes for Dinner

My weekly meal plans always include a printable shopping list that is measurable and ready to go. It makes things so much easier!

Saving Food Planning Leftovers

I only use the meal plan Monday-Friday because sometimes we have plans over the weekend, or I have leftovers that we need to finish the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
