This contemporary herb topping goes nice with salmon. The topper is a mix of contemporary herbs, maple syrup and mustard. Easy and filled with contemporary taste. The rule of thumb is to cut about 1 cup of your favourite contemporary herbs after which add some dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard.
To make the backyard herb topper, I chop about 1 cup of your favourite contemporary herbs, 1 tsp. dried oregano, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder and onion powder. Add salt and pepper. combine. Spoon it over the salmon and bake it any manner you want. That is it! Easy.
